Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Cut the butter into small cubes and put in a mixing bowl with the flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Knead to form a crumbly dough.
Peel the pears, remove the cores and cut into cubes.
Mix the pear with the vanilla sugar and raspberries. Spoon the pear mixture into the baking dish.
Crumble the dough over the pear mixture.
Bake the pear crumble for 35-45 minutes in the middle of the preheated oven until golden.
Serve the crumble in small bowls with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
